Application
This tester is used to determine the heat insulation
performance for the whole shoe. Place the specimen
(a whole shoe) on the hotplate with a specified
temperature for a certain period to examine the
increase of temperature inside of the shoe.

The ability of light leathers and leather-cloth used in manufacture of shoe uppers, gloves, and garments to withstand repeated flexing without cracking is determined with the help of a flexing endurance test. In Flexo Meter test, test specimens in shape of rectangular pieces are folded and clamped at each end to maintain them in a folded position in a set of grips, one of which is fixed while the other is able to oscillate. The movement of the oscillating grip causes the fold in the test specimen to run along its centre. This operation is carried out repeatedly and the test specimens inspected periodically to assess the damage produced. The equipment used for this test is called as Flexo meter. Principle
Under certain touching pressure and contact area, sample becomes a certain angle with sandpaper and
determine its abrasion performance caused by a certain level of sandpaper. Pack sandpaper outside the
surface of roller. The sample is pressed against the roller with sandpaper, which makes sample lateral moving
along roller. Abrasion is caused under the other side of cylindrical specimens measuring the mass loss of
sample value and count the wear amount by sample density.

Application

for the glove made of hard materials.
Principle
To cut the sample placed on the specified sample device by a spinning round cutter, make a reciprocating
motion under a required loading, enclosed the auto-counted device, it has automatic shop function as soon

This tester is used to measure the flexing resistance of shoe soles under continuous movement.
