This test instrument is mainly used to test the dynamic strength of wheeled ride-on
toys. Can simulate driven toys vertically hit the inelastic step in a steady speed of
2m /S ± 0.2 /S, then observe the damaged condition. Applied to toy bicycles,
scooters, roller-skate and etc.

Application :-
The instruments applies to test the durability of box cover. it uses fixtures to drive
the box cover move, after simulating a certain number and closing movements.
Check whether the toy lid hinge parts function are in good condition.
Standards :-
Subject the lid to 7000 opening-and-closing cycles, where one cycle consists of raising
the lid from its fully closed to its fully open position and returning it to fully closed. To
prevent undue stress on screws or other fasteners used to attach the lid support
mechanism, care should be taken not to force the lid beyond its normal arc of travel.
Complete a cycle of about 15s, 7000 times cycle should be completed within 72h, and
then check the lid and the lid support mechanism is intact or not.

Application :-
Small ball test fixture (Template C) is use to examine a toy up of whether small ball
accessories may result in the child swallow, stop breath way and esophagus to
cause choking danger or not. mainly used to test suction cups toy and ball toy or
toys parts..
Test Method :-
Position and clamp Template C so that the axis of the slot is substantially vertical and
the slot is unobstructed at its top and bottom openings.
Place the ball or the suction cup or the toy with an attached suction cup without
compressing it, in any orientation in the slot so that the force on the ball or suction cup
or toy with an attached suction cup is only the force due to its mass.
Determine whether the ball or suction cup or toy with an attached suction cup passes
entirely through Template C.

Application :-
To determinate that points on toys and other articles intended for use by
children under 8 years of age, and such points exposed in normal use or as a
result of reasonably foreseeable damage or abuse of such toys and articles,
present a potential risk of injury by puncture or laceration.
Test Method :-

Test Principle :-
The device has a slot with 0.04 inches width and 0.045 inches long rectangular
opening, the two reference sizes sharpness are inserted into the depth of 0.015 inches
deep hole of the sensor head. And overcome the spring of 0.5 pound elastic to cause

Application :-
For this instrument, the tilt angle of the ramp is adjustable. The angle

Fix one end of the cord or chain and apply a force of (25 ± 2) N to the other end
along the axis of the cord or chain. Measure, to an accuracy of ± 1 mm, the length
of the cord or chain from the fixing point to the end of the cord or chain. If the
fixing point has the same shape or form as the cord or chain, this part is measured
